Class 3 Blog 26/27

Monday was the first day back at school. We saw all the walls were freshly painted and we got a new teacher called Mrs Skerry. During the day, we made class rules, chose sitting places where we did maths and learnt about Roman numerals. Everything was going smoothly until we had a fire drill. Everybody was shocked, as the teachers guided everybody outside.
On Tuesday, when we got into class, we had a morning activity to do. It was fun but we did a lot of work, which was quite nice because we haven't done any in a while. We had Mrs Skerry in the morning, which was fun, and in the afternoon, we had Mrs Robson and we did Geography and PE. We were learning about renewable resources and non-renewable resources and, in PE, we were learning about how to be a good leader. We were asked some questions and Mrs Robson wrote on the floor with chalk, and you had to go to the one which you thought was right. Our subject in PE was leaders.
The next day, we came to school at 7:20am to go to London. We went to the British Museum. After the museum, we went back to our rooms and got sorted. When we were ready, we went off for dinner at McDonald's! After McDonald's, we had to walk through the most fabulous Oxford Street (which is widely recognized as the busiest shopping street in Europe!), then made our way to watch Matilda. It was soo GOOD.
On Thursday, we got to see the Houses of Parliament. It was great. We looked around and played games. It was brilliant. After that, we went outside and had some lunch, then we went to Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. Finally, we went to Paddington Station and got the train home.
On Friday, we all came in super tired. We did English, Maths, lunch, RE, and PE and then went home for a good rest.
